VISSID Remake
A 24-hour redesign sprint on Vietnam's national social insurance app (VssID). The core challenge: millions of elderly users can't navigate the existing interface alone. Redesigned around an AI assistant that guides users step-by-step, with OCR document scanning and proactive deadline reminders.
Challenge
Millions of elderly users find the current app difficult to use because of its complex design and technical terms. Most of them need help from others to complete simple tasks.
Solution
We integrated a smart AI assistant that supports voice commands and simple navigation. This helps everyone,including the elderly, use the app independently and easily.

The Solution
VSSID AI: A Proactive Assistant
To solve the identified problems, we introduced a smart AI assistant with three core functions:
Proactive Reminders: The AI automatically notifies users about pension dates and insurance expiration before they miss the deadline.
Smart Data Support: Using OCR technology, users can scan documents to auto-fill forms, reducing errors and saving time.
Step-by-Step Guidance: AI provides simple voice and text instructions to help everyone, especially seniors, complete procedures independently.
